INDIVIDUAL \/ GROUP OUTPLACEMENT <\/h5>\n

The process of major change that has been taking place on the FMCG \/ RETAIL market, especially over the last 6 years, in connection with new market trends and purchasing habits in Poland, as well as the progressing globalisation of the structures in international organisations, significantly affects the reduction or “slimming” of structures in companies in Poland.<\/h6>\n
\nMaking the structures more efficient by building more and more geographically wider zones and clusters means that many Directors and Managers, after years of working in the structure of one organisation, have to look for a challenge outside of it, that is, in the market.<\/p>\n

In such a situation, our Outplacement service comes in aid, which allows the Employer to support the Director or Manager who loses their job as a result of changes taking place in the organisation.<\/p>\n

Thanks to that, the Employer can retain a positive image in the eyes of a laid-off Director or Manager, and the Beneficiary of the process can obtain vital support on the way to reassert their position in the environment called the market, as well as gain a new professional challenge.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nThe Outplacement service can have individual character when it includes one Beneficiary, or a group one, when more than one Beneficiary are involved in the process.<\/p>\n

Individual \/ Group Outplacement is implemented on the basis of a multi-stage programme, thanks to which the Beneficiaries swiftly enter new employment.<\/p>\n

So far, the Individual Outplacement programme has been used by Beneficiaries from the level of the Management Board and Directors of particular functions.<\/p>\n
