Aneta Soszy\u0144ska Consulting was born out of passion for work with the FMCG \/ RETAIL industry. It is with these branches that we have been cooperating in the Polish market for over 22 years.<\/h2>\n

The mission of the company as well as its strategy is to provide comprehensive support to clients in the FMCG\/RETAIL sector. Assisting large, medium and small enterprises, with either local or global reach, through cooperation we build up added value in the form of expert knowledge about the market and human resources to effectively draw upon not only in the process of change, but also during the period of stable growth of an organisation.<\/p>\n

This mission is illustrated by the logo of the company which indicates a missing jigsaw piece that is put into place thanks to our cooperation with Clients. Our expertise, competence and experience has been used by global organisations, corporations, companies with ties to investment funds, as well as local businesses. It is a testimony to our flexibility as a proven partner in cooperation with entities that are culturally and mentally diverse.

Aneta Soszy\u0144ska – Managing Director<\/h2>\n

For 22 years she has been present on the market as an expert in the FMCG\/RETAIL industry. Aneta can boast extensive experience in international organisations as well as domestic Executive Search\/Consulting firms, where her role was to develop and implement business strategy, enhance the scope of business as well as develop existing services. She was also responsible for creating and implementing new solutions and services dedicated to the market, building and development of teams or setting up new business units within existing structures. While cooperating with a large capital group of TRIO MANAGEMENT, within its structures Aneta developed a new business unit from scratch, which was dedicated to Executive Search\/Consulting services. Apart from the domestic market, she has been supporting organisations in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, which has greatly enhanced her perception of the business.
\nDrawing on her expertise, competences and professional accomplishments gained through years of passionate and dedicated work, in August 2015, Aneta Soszy\u0144ska set up her own company, Aneta Soszy\u0144ska Consulting.
